Rules for Taste of Paradise Card - The Taste of Paradise Card is both a Loyalty and Gift Card.  Use of the card and or participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all program rules.

1. Paradise Bakery can, at its discretion, modify the rules and rewards.
2. Paradise Bakery has the right to discontinue this program at any time or modify the rules governing this program.
3. The Taste of Paradise card is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred.
4. You must register your card to redeem awards.
5. The card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without your consent.
6. There is no cost to participate in the Loyalty program.
7. Card must be presented prior to your  purchase to receive credit or redeem your reward.
8. No points will retroactively be applied.
9. You will earn rewards based on items purchased.
10. Points will only be earned by the Taste of Paradise cardholder who pays the bill.
11. Rewards will be printed on your receipt. You do not need to save the receipt but you do need to present your card and inform the cashier when you want to redeem a reward.
12. Rewards are non transferable, not redeemable for cash, and can only be redeemed on select items.
13. Rewards cannot be used until earned.
14. Earned rewards will not expire unless this program is terminated.  Special awards received via e-mail will contain an expiration date.
15. In the event of technical difficulties, you will not be able to redeem rewards but you will still earn points on your purchase.
16. We reserve the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a members point balance and rewards if any unauthorized credits are earned or redeemed.
17. Gift cards may be used at all Paradise Bakeries.
18. Loyalty membership is limited to participating stores.  Participating stores include all stores except stores located in Oregon and Aspen Colorado.
19. By participating in our Taste of Paradise program, you have opted to receive e-mail from Paradise Bakery to notify you of activities and promotions related to our restaurant.  We will not sell or trade any of your personal information.
20. You will not receive points for free or discounted items.
21. Treat this card as cash.  You will not be refunded or be able to transfer points in the event it is lost or stolen.
22. Only upon registration, each member will be eligible to redeem rewards earned.
23. Points from our previous punch cards will not be transferred to your new Taste of Loyalty card.  Paradise Bakery is not responsible for lost, returned, misdirected or undeliverable email.
24. Our loyalty program is based on receiving free merchandise for multiple purchases.  Listed below are the parameters:
    a) Buy 12 single item entrees over $5.00 and receive an entrée FREE.
    b) Buy 5 single muffins and receive 1 muffin FREE.
    c) Buy 12 coffee drinks and receive 1 coffee drink FREE.
