While the “fast casual” bakery/café concept gains popularity with consumers, developers and investors in recent years, Paradise Bakery & Café is recognized as one of the pioneers in this segment of the restaurant industry. Since its founding in 1976, the Company has followed a conservative growth strategy, choosing to establish its brand and reputation in the industry before expanding its presence.

As of July 1, 2010, we have 35 company and 38 franchise for a total of 70 Bakery & Cafés open including two FDF’s (Fresh Dough Facilities).

General Qualifications:


  • Experience as a successful multi-unit restaurant owner/operator.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a minimum of 5 years in the restaurant industry.
  • Net worth of $7 million
  • Infrastructure and resources to meet our development schedule.
  • Real estate experience in the market to be developed.
